退款政策

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Email hikepod88@gmail.com with your order number. Do NOT send items back without a Return Authorization from us.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, email us immediately with photos. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
