We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused or defective)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hikepod88@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization from us.

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs. For buyer's remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items missing original packaging

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
